Notes

One of River Spirit Brewing's most popular brews. This is based on an award-winning recipe of a Red Nectar Ale (Nectar Ales, SLO, CA) clone. Beautiful amber red color with balanced malt and hops. We've mixed and used many popular hop varieties including Warrior (bittering), Mt. Hood, Palisades and Amarillo. We dry hop in the secondary fermenter before bottling with Amarillo hops to boost and enhance the flavor and aromas of the finished beer.
